There’s some awesome vegan books out there which, along with documentaries, are the best ways to educate yourself if you’re thinking about moving to the lifestyle or are already on it. Dr Colin Campbell delivers an insightful and hard hitting look at just how damaging the western meat-eating diet can be of the body.
