As people continue to ignore the facts and instead laugh at the vegan diet, they’re seemingly walking into a life filled with cancer and disease. We’ve been told it all before in The China Study, but that doesn’t stop people ridiculing the vegan diet.
Try tell a meat eater that the meat on their plate is doing them a fair bit of harm and they’ll brandish you a liar or say that they “like the taste too much.”
We know how harmful milk, meat and animal products are to our health but we continue to ignore it. In fact, many doctors still prescribe eating animal products to contribute to a ‘balanced’ or ‘healthy diet’.
What bullshit. It’s a shame the public are continuously lied to, when then answers are out there for everyone to see.
The China Study was an experiment carried out looking at the disease rates compared to consumption of animal products. The results were groundbreaking. It proved that animal products destroy our health and contribute to almost all Western diseases.

It’s a shame it isn’t promoted and spoken about on a higher level so more of the public can become educated and informed.
“Dietary protein proved to be so powerful in its effect that we could turn on and off cancer growth simply by changing the level consumed… But that’s not all. We found that not all proteins had this effect. What protein consistently and strongly promoted cancer? Casein, which makes up 87% of cow’s milk protein, and promoted all stages of the cancer process. What type of protein did not promote cancer, even at high levels of intake? The safe proteins were from plants, including wheat and soy. As this picture came into view, it began to challenge and then to shatter some of my most cherished assumptions.”
Dr Campbell goes onto say,
“… more than 8,000 statistically significant associations between various dietary factors and disease! … people who ate the most animal-based foods got the most chronic disease. Even relatively small intakes of animal-based food were associated with adverse effects. People who ate the most plant-based foods were the healthiest and tended to avoid chronic disease. …The health implications of consuming either animal or plant-based nutrients were remarkably different.”
And yet somehow people still think that eating animal products is ‘healthy’ and necessary for a ‘balanced diet’. *sigh*
