Highstreet restaurant chain, Wagamama, has announced it has begun trialling a new vegan dessert.
The dessert is available from today and can be found at their Noodle Lab Dean Street branch in London for £3.50.
The ‘Noodle Lab’ is the location used when trialling new menu items before rolling them out nationwide.
After they launched their hugely successful vegan menu, Wagamama’s quietly revealed their Mango and Matcha Millefeuille.
The dessert is made up of layers of matcha cream, vanilla sponge and yuzu cream and will be served with mango and passionfruit puree.
