Luxury brand Harvey Nichols has launched a vegan menu complete with a vegan wine list. The new menu will be available in seven different restaurants across the UK.
Harvey Nichols has partnered with Avant-Garde Vegan (Gaz Oakley) to host a vegan supper club to showcase their new vegan menu at the Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge location.
According to Plant-Based News, a Harvey Nichols spokesperson said:
“This isn’t rabbit food we’re serving up; these dishes are the same standard of indulgent, mouth-watering flavours that you’d expect from us, only they happen to be completely vegan.
We’re trying a vegan diet for 2018 and to kick things off we’re being joined by celebrated chef-turned-blogger @avantgardevegan for a special vegan dinner!

“If that’s not enough for you, we’ve also created lists of the finest vegan wines to complete your dining experience.”
“Whether you are a committed carnivore, a fish fanatic or already a devoted vegan, we’ve got a brand new vegan menu full of the most delicious picks of green goodness for you to try.”
While menus may vary across the country, you can expect a variety of options, with three courses costing £22.
Starters include items such as salt-baked celeriac salad with apple, lemongrass and roasted hazelnuts, while glass noodles with bok choi, shiitake mushrooms, spiced soy and ginger broth are among the mains.
