Bar and restaurant chain The Alchemist has added vegan options to its menu for the first time ever, with the new options available as of the 15th of May.
The new menu features a Keralan curry with chickpeas and cauliflower rice, a Shawarma Cauliflower Steak served with Harissa yoghurt, and a mixed grain salad.
There are also vegetable gyozas and crispy kale available for pre-dinner snacks.
Simon Potts is the Managing Director of The Alchemist, and is proud that they can now offer vegan options to their customers.
“We’re extremely proud of the new menus; our teams work tirelessly to provide a memorable drinking and dining experience for our guests.
“It’s a big task for our teams to create the next big thing but their creativity and passion never falters.
“We hope visitors of The Alchemist love the new additions as much as we do.”
The new vegan additions have made their way onto the menu thanks to huge customer demand for vegan options.
The Alchemist has restaurants up and down the country, such as Leeds, London, Manchester and Oxford.
The addition of vegan options now means that The Alchemist has joined many other restaurant chains that cater to vegans.
Wagamama has recently unveiled a brand new vegan menu, and Pret a Manger have just launched their very first vegan chocolate cookie.
