Why not?! It’s going to improve your health, reduce demand for the slaughter of animals and reduce your impact on the environment. It’s the perfect way to start a new year. It’s both healthy and ethical. By the end of the month you’ll be asking yourself why you didn’t become vegan earlier in your life.
It’s an amazing thing. Once you go vegan and educate yourself about the endless list of benefits, you really start to question everything.
Go ahead and challenge yourself to watch these documentaries and read all of these books. Surround yourself with the wealth of knowledge there is on Youtube and the information provided by registered doctors such as Dr Michael Greger and Dr Neal Barnard. Change up your Instagram and follow plant strong people who will provide daily motivation.
The vegan lifestyle is easy, cheap and by far the best. Educate yourself and a great experience will follow.
If every vegan can persuade 2-3 people to give the vegan lifestyle a go, that’s going to be a hell of a lot more vegans.
