This festive season, M&S will be selling a vegan turkey sandwich, complete with cranberry chutney and spinach.
The high-street retailer has unveiled a sneak peek at their Christmas range, which also includes mini vegan burgers, complete with vegan burger sauce.
The vegan turkey sandwiches are made with roasted soya protein, and 5% of the sales will be donated to the homelessness charity ‘Shelter’.
M&S have also redeveloped the recipe of their Butternut, Almond and Pecan Nut Roast, now making it suitable for vegans as well as vegetarians.
Marks and Spencer have been steadily adding to their list of vegan products, with vegan ice creams and vegan mock meats recently added to their shelves.
Vegan Christmas products are growing in popularity, with other supermarkets such as Tesco and Asda also offering festive plant-based offerings.
Tesco has announced that their popular Cauliflower Beef Wellington will be returning, with Asda offering a Chestnut Roast and Vegan Chocolate Caramel Pots.
